Paul joined ASC in 1986 after serving in the military and working as an instrument man and title researcher in the private sector. He is presently our V.P. of Operations for the Dixon Office. He also acts as project manager and oversees all types of surveys including boundary, land acquisition, GPS and hydrographic surveys. Paul served as project manager for a 48-mile long freeway study along U.S. Route 20 in Northwestern Illinois, which required supplemental surveys, a corridor protection map, aerial mapping, ground control and the establishment of a GIS database of 2200 land owners.
Paul also served, along with John Dybas from our Chicago office, as the Alternate Project Manager for an 855-square-mile First Order GPS control survey for Will County, Illinois, which required coordinates for 1600 section and quarter corners, and the setting of 120 GPS 3D Monuments.
